The cost of a 9-Week AWA Writers' Workshop is $425.00 (deposit of $212.50 upon registration)
The cost of a 9-Week Book Project Workshop is $595 (deposit of $297.50 upon registration)
Each workshop participant receives a one-on-one writing consultation with the workshop facilitator included in the tuition fee. Writing/manuscript consultations run approximately 45 minutes.

Policies

When you register for any Orlando Writers' Workshop writing event, you are agreeing to the following policies:
Deposits/Balances
Weekly Workshops:
Upon registration, a 50% deposit is required to secure your seat in any weekly Orlando Writers' Workshop. Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail upon receipt of your deposit, and your balance will be due at the first meeting of your workshop (pay by cash, check or the website). Payment in full is required by the fourth meeting in a 6-week workshop series.
All-Day Writing Intensives:
Payment in full is required to secure your seat in any one-day Orlando Writers' Workshop or Fast Track Boot Camp package. Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail upon receipt of your payment in full.
Refunds/Credits
We at Orlando Writers' Workshops are serious about taking your writing to the next level and you becoming a published author. Space is limited. Because of this, if you must cancel, the following policies are in effect.
All deposits, payments and fees are fully transferable or available as gifts.
Orlando Writers' Workshops cannot provide credits if notification is not received in writing via email in accordance with the terms below. Orlando Writers' Workshops understands that there may be circumstances that cause you to miss or cancel your workshop, but we cannot provide refunds, transfer payments, or offer makeup sessions for workshops missed as a result of illnesses, deaths, job losses, emergencies, natural disasters, personal vacations, or events beyond anyone's control. If, however, Orlando Writers' Workshops cancels a workshop, all payments and deposits will be refunded in full.
These policies are applicable for all registration dates up to and including registrations made after the start of any workshop event. By reserving your space, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions.
1) Students withdrawing more than three weeks before the start of the first workshop meeting will receive a full credit toward another workshop in which room is available, or a full credit toward a future workshop which must be used within one year of the start date of the original workshop.
2) Students withdrawing less than three weeks but more than one week prior to the start of a workshop will receive a 75% credit toward another workshop in which room is available or a future workshop which must be used within one year of the start date of the original workshop.
3) Students withdrawing less than one week prior to the start of the workshop but more than 48 hours before the (1st) meeting of your event, you will receive a 50% credit toward another workshop in which room is available or a future workshop which must be used within one year of the start date of the original workshop.
4) If you withdraw 48 hours or less before the (1st) day of your workshop, no credit or refund will be issued.
Return check policy: Remittance must be made in U.S. dollars. A fee in the amount double the amount ACL is charged by the financial institution, plus the original amount of the check will be assessed for a check with insufficient funds. This fee must be paid by money order.
Orlando Writers' Workshops reserves the right to deny service to anyone or to remove any individual from a workshop at any time at the facilitator's discretion.
